“Louisburg Town Hall & Event Center”

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed “Louisburg Town Hall & Event Center” will be received by the Town of Louisburg in the Location, 110 W. Nash Street, Louisburg, NC 27549, until 2:00 P.M., on February 4^th, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Council Chambers located in Town Hall.

Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the Louisburg Town Hall & Event Center. Bidders shall be advised of the results. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.  

An open Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on January 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM at 110 W. Nash Street, Louisburg, NC 27549. This meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms. Contractors are invited to walk through the site at the conclusion of the pre-bid.

Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or for $350.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies. Either format can be obtained from Oakley Collier Architects, 205 West Martin Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, (252) 937-2500, or by emailing Ashley Seaman ([email protected] ) beginning December 17th, 2024, during normal office hours.
