ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

LUMBEE HALL, LIVERMORE LIBRARY,
JONES, AND OLD MAIN FACP REPLACEMENTS

Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 PM on December 17, 2024, at UNC Pembroke, Facilities Planning, Design & Construction, Pinchbeck Building, One University Drive, Pembroke, NC 28372, for the Lumbee Hall, Livermore Library, Jones, and Old Main FACP Replacements at which time and place, bids will be opened and read.

Electronic plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from McKim & Creed, via e-mail request to Ally Jurgens at AJurgens@mckimcreed beginning September 23, 2024.

The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
