Maintenance Mechanic I (Property Maintenance) 

The Housing Authority of the City of Goldsboro located in Goldsboro, NC (50 miles east of Raleigh, NC) is seeking qualified candidates to fill open Full Time positions in our Maintenance Department. Pay will be based on experience and skills. Must possess a valid NC Driver’s License and maintain a good driving record. Preferred skills include carpentry, plumbing, minor electricity, hanging and finishing sheet rock, as well as, general maintenance and repair to the properties. Skilled in the use of various maintenance tools and equipment and has good working knowledge of techniques, methods, materials, and equipment used in maintaining the buildings.
