ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received from
Single Prime Contractors on
January 7, 2025, in the Board Room
at the McGee Building,
Carteret Community College:
3505 Arendell St.,
Morehead City, NC 28557
for the construction of the
McGee Building “One Door” Renovation – Phase 1. 

Bids Shall be Submitted and opened on
January 7, 2025, at 2:00 pm.

A non-mandatory open Pre-Bid Meeting
will be held at 10:00 am on
December 17, 2024, at the Project Site:
McGee Building,
Room 123
3505 Arendell St.,
Morehead City, NC 28557.

The meeting will identify preferred brand alternates and their
performance standards that the owner will consider for approval on this project.

Carteret Community College reserves the unqualified right
to reject any and all proposals. No Bid may be withdrawn
after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 60 days.
