“Med Park Building Renovations”

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

 Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed “Med Park Building Renovations” will be received by Nash County at the County Office Building, Third Floor Commissioners Conference Room, located at 120 West Washington Street, Nashville, NC 27856, until 2:00 P.M., on June 26, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the Med Park Building Renovations. Bidders shall be advised of the results. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.  

An open Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on June 13, 2025, at 10:00 am in Classroom 220 at 500 Nash Medical Art Mall, Rocky Mount, NC. This meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.

Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or for $350.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies.
