ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by UNC Facilities Construction Management until 2:00 pm on September 19, 2024, in the Magnolia Conference Room 100A at Giles Horney Building, 103 Airport Dr., Chapel Hill, NC 27599 for the construction of Morrison Residence Hall Elevator Modernizations at which time and place bids will be opened and read.

Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from UNC Facilities Construction Management and WHN Architects, PA, 330 W. 10th St., Charlotte, NC 28202 during normal office hours, after August 26, 2024.

The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
