Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 30th, 2025, in the Aquarium on Roanoke Island Conference Room at 374 Airport Road, Manteo, NC 27954, at which time and place, bids will be opened and read for the construction of:

Bids will be received for a single prime contract.

Hard copies will be available for a check deposit of $150.00.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held for all interested bidders on Friday, July 11th, 2025, at 10:00 am at the Aquarium on Roanoke Island Conference Room at 374 Airport Road, Manteo, NC 27954. This meeting will address project specific questions, security, issues, and bidding procedures and bid forms. In accordance with GS133-3 and SCO procedures, alternates being considered by the Owner for this project will also be discussed.
A site walk will occur after the Pre-Bid Meeting on Friday, July 11th, 2025. A site visit is highly recommended and encouraged. Site visits other than the one to occur as part of the Pre-Bid Meeting will be by appointment only. Please contact Christian Legner via email at [email protected] .
