ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 pm on April 24, 2025, in the Meeting Room, in the existing Maintenance Building at 2008 W Wilson Street, Tarboro, NC for the construction of the NC DOT Edgecombe County Maintenance Engineer Office at which time and place bids will be opened and read.

Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or for $350.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies.  Either format can be obtained from Oakley Collier Architects, 109 Candlewood Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 (252.937.2500, [email protected]) beginning March 31, 2025, during normal office hours.

An open Pre-bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 am on April 9, 2025, at the Project Site at 2008 W Wilson Street, Tarboro, NC.  The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures, and bid forms.
