ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM local time on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at the NC State Construction Office for the construction of Central Steam Plant Building and System Upgrades, State Government Complex at which time and place bids will be opened and read.

Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained in pdf format from Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., 919-227-6892 during normal office hours after October 22, 2024.

A pre-bid conference will be held at the project site at 10:00 AM local time on Thursday, November 7, 2024.

Plan Deposit:  None.

The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
