EC Office is actively soliciting bids for NCCAAT- Ocracoke Replace Dining Windows and Heat Pumps (Due 08/09/2024 @ 11:00 a.m.).

Project Description:
Renovation of a municipal facility in Ocracoke, NC.  Replacement of five (5) storefront-style window units in the Dining Hall and replace water-to-air heat pumps with air-to-air heat pumps.

Work consists of interior renovations and expansion of the Rushmere Volunteer Fire Department located at 5354 Old Stage Highway, Smithfield, VA. The scope includes an 1116 SF addition to the north end of the existing building, a new 2886 SF apparatus bay on the south end, and site improvements.

MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/HUB participation is encouraged. Elements of the work may be combined or broken down to facilitate minority participation. Assistance with bonding or insurance requirements as well as quick pay arrangements are available to enable minority contractors to meet cash-flow demands. Email bids to [email protected].
