EC Office is actively soliciting bids for Edgecombe County ABC Warehouse (Due 08/27/2024 @ 2:00 p.m.).

Project Description:
Building construction includes but is not limited to a new 10,000 +/- sq ft new warehouse building, including all interior rooms and finishes, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations.  Site preparation including but not limited to excavation and grading, sedimentation and erosion control, utilities, and concrete sidewalks, landscaping and permanent seeding, building sub-grade preparation, and all site utilities.
