PREQUALIFICATION ADVERTISEMENT

Blum Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager @ Risk by the North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teaching (NCCAT) and is seeking to pre-qualify construction trade contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, equipment and tools for the NCCAT Cullowhee Campus Expansion project in Cullowhee, NC.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
NC Center for the Advancement of Teaching will be undergoing a campus expansion including the addition of a new Residence Hall and renovations & additions to the existing 44,600 SF Professional Development Center on their campus in Cullowhee, NC. The new residence hall will span 31,750 SF and total 51 beds. Associated sitework will include demolition of existing storage buildings, preparation of the new building pad, future building pads, new access road and parking lot.
