NCDOA CHILLER PLANT

New Atlantic Contracting will accept sealed bids for the NCDOA Chiller Plant project, located in Raleigh, NC, from Prequalified 1^st Tier Trade Contractors only.  HUB contractors/suppliers are encouraged to participate in the bidding process, including in 2^nd tier opportunities to work with Prequalified 1^st Tier Contractors. Sealed bids will be received on Thursday, June 20, 2024, by 3:00 pm (EDT) in the SCO Building at 301 N. Wilmington St., Suite 450, Raleigh, NC  27601, in the 4^th Floor Conference Room.  If necessary, a re-bid is scheduled for Thursday, June 27, 2024, at the same time and location as the bid.  An onsite pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 3:00 pm (EDT) in The Albemarle Building at 325 N. Salisbury Street, Raleigh, NC in the Training Room on 2^nd Floor.  Attendance is encouraged.
