ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

Sealed proposals will be received until 11:00 am on January 9, 2025, in the NC DOT Century Center – Building A – Conference Room 183, located at 1000 Birch Ridge Drive, Raleigh, N.C., for the renovation of the NCDOT Century Center – Building A – Upfit, Raleigh, NC 27610 SCO ID# 24-28338-01A at which time and place Bids will be opened and read aloud.  Enter Building A at door A1 and check in at the security desk. 

A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and HUB Outreach meeting will be held at 11:30 am on December 12, 2024, at the job site, 1000 Birch Ridge Drive, Raleigh, NC 27610.  Meet in Building A – Conference Room 183, enter at door A1, and check in with security.  Only bidders who have attended the mandatory Pre-Bid meeting shall be eligible to submit bids for consideration.
