Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00 am, Thursday, January 9, 2024, in the NC DOT Transportation Building Conference Room 410 located at 1 S. Wilmington Street, Raleigh, N.C., for the renovation of the NCDOT Transportation Complex Annex Building, 5th Floor Suite 562, Raleigh, NC 27601 SCO ID# 24-27578-01A at which time and place Bids will be opened and read aloud.
A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and HUB Outreach meeting will be held at 10:00 am, on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at the job site, 1 S. Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC 27601. Meeting will take place in conference room 410. Only bidders who have attended the mandatory Pre-Bid meeting shall be eligible to submit bids for consideration.
