PROJECT: CFCC HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES – PHASE II PROJECT
Monteith Construction has been selected as the CM at Risk and is seeking to pre-qualify contractors to submit bids for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for the CFCC Health & Human Services – Phase II Project.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Project is located at 319 N. 3rd Street Wilmington, NC 28401. The scope of work includes 32,877 GSF renovation. The renovation will encompass the entire 3rd floor, half of the 2nd floor, half of the 5th floor, and minor work to the 1st floor.
Bid packages include General Trades, Demolition, Millwork, Doors, Frames & Hardware, Glass & Glazing, Framing & Drywall, Ceilings, Carpet & Resilient Flooring, Hard Tile, Paint, Wallcovering & Sealed Concrete, Accessories, Wall Protection & Cubicle Track, Signage, Lockers, Headwalls, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing & Medgas, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Low Voltage, Site Improvements. Bid packages may change based on the response of qualified bidders.
Prequalifications will be received no later than 15 days prior to bid day.
An outreach meeting will be held via Zoom on June 25, 2024, at 3:00 PM.

Relevant project experience will be considered during prequalification.
Anticipated to July 2024. Only bids from prequalified contractors will be accepted.

The Construction Manager and Owner reserve the right to reject any and all Pre-qualifications. Contracting method will be through Competitive Public Bid in accordance with Chapter 143 of the NC General Statues.
