Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on Thursday, Nov 21, at the office of the Triad Regional Transportation Management Center located at 201 South Chimney Rock Rd, Greensboro, NC 27409, for the construction of a New NCDOT Triad Traffic Management Center – SCO ID # 22-25126-02A, at which time and place bids will be opened and read.

A prebid meeting will be held at this location on Wednesday, Nov 6 at 3:00 PM.

The NCDOT Triad TMC is a new +/- 19,000 sq ft Transportation Management Center centered around a Control Room with 20′ ceilings and large video wall.  Supported by a server room, offices, conference room, huddle room, flex space for visiting workers, equipment storage room, locker room, Breakroom/kitchen, restrooms/mother’s room.

obtained from LAMBERT Architecture + Interiors at 408 N. Marshall St., Ste 300, Winston-Salem, NC 27101 during normal office hours after TBD Date.

Plan Deposit Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).

The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
