New Weathers Creek High School

SECOND INVITATION FOR BIDS

Iredell Statesville Schools (ISS) will receive sealed, single prime, lump sum, qualified bids for the New Weathers Creek High School until 2:00 pm on June 6, 2024, at the Facilities and Planning Career Academy of the Career Academy and Technical School (CATS), 350 Old Murdock Road, Troutman, NC to the attention of Mr. Scott Hager.  At that time qualified bids will be received, opened, and read aloud in the lower-level conference room at CATS.  Bid Bonds are required, Performance, and Payment bonding will also be required.  The project scope of this work includes the construction of a new high school campus, a 231,744 SF type II-B high school, site work, utilities, auxiliary buildings, stadium, athletic fields, and courts.  There will be NO pre-bid conference or site visit for this second invitation for bids.  Any interested contractor that does not have a copy of the currently available bid documents should contact and must register with Duncan Parnell via their bid room http://www.dpibidroom.com , from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.  ISS reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
