Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on Thursday, March 28th, 2024, in the Master Mechanics Office Conference Room of the North Carolina Transportation Museum, 411 S. Salisbury Ave., Spencer, NC 28159, for the construction of the:
NORTH CAROLINA TRANSPORTATION MUSEUM,
POWERHOUSE & CAR REPAIR SHEDS RENOVATION AND ADDITION
at which time and place bids will be opened and read.
Complete plans and specifications and contract documents can be obtained via email in digital (PDF) format from Steven Houser of Jenkins Peer Architects at [email protected] .
A pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, March 13th, 2024, at 3:00 PM at the NC Transportation Museum Master Mechanics Office Conference Room.
The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
