North Regional Library Roof Replacement

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
RFB #26-042

Sealed proposals will be received by Wake County Procurement Services, in Suite 2900, Wake County Justice Center, 301 McDowell Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, up to 2:00 pm, Tuesday, May 12, 2026, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for providing labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the North Regional Library Roof Replacement, located at 7009 Harps Mill Road, Raleigh, NC 27615. An electronic copy of the bid documents (PDF) may be obtained from the Engineer by sending an email request to Mr. Stephen Ingram, PE at [email protected] . Complete contract documents will also be open for inspection in the offices of the Engineer.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Conference Room 101 at the North Regional Library, 7009 Harps Mill Road, Raleigh, NC 27615 at 10:00 am, Wednesday, April 22, 2026.

Wake County provides minorities and women equal opportunity to participate in all aspects of its construction program consistent with NCGS §143-8. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the Wake County Minority Business Enterprise Program, as outlined in Section 00 43 39, Minority Business Enterprise Documents, of the Project Manual.

No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for bids.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
