EC Office is actively soliciting bids for Northampton County Jackson Grove Townhomes Due 02/27/2025 @2:00 p.m.).

Project Description:
The project consists of the construction of three 10,120 square foot two story townhome buildings and one 8,490-square-foot two-story townhome building for the first phase of a new residential subdivision.  The project includes site development, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.  Site development encompasses improvements for Phase One of the subdivision.  The townhomes consist of individual unit types including handicap accessible units, comprised of three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces.  Construction includes wood trusses, slab on grade, wood framing, brick veneer, siding, shingle and standing seam roofing systems, and wood stud interior walls.
