NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY
ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION
AND HEARING THEREON 

HAYDEN AVENUE SEWER EXTENSION

The public will take notice that a preliminary assessment resolution providing for the construction of approximately 400 linear feet of 8-inch sewer line along Hayden Avenue was adopted by the City Council, on the 5th day of August, 2025.

The City Council will hold a public hearing for the purpose of hearing all interested persons. The meeting will take place at 6:00 P.M. on the 2nd day of September 2025, at the Sanford Municipal Center – Council Chambers, located at 225 E. Weatherspoon Street.
