Colmar Contracting, Inc. invites all qualified MWBE/ HUB SUBCONTRACTORS AND VENDORS to submit proposals for the following project: Oakwood Apartments in Greensboro, NC – The new construction of a 16-unit Apartment building.

Colmar Contracting Inc. offers assistance to MWBE/HUB businesses on a one-on-one basis that need quick pay options, joint pay agreements and reduced retainages.

There will be a pre-bid meeting (not mandatory) on 4 December 2024 in the Holiday Inn Greensboro Coliseum 3005 W Gate City Blvd. Greensboro, NC.

The following is the schedule based on trade discipline(s)

8:30 – 9:30 am (site grading, site utilities, site concrete, building concrete, masonry, metal fabrications, site fencing)

9:30-10:30 am (framing, trusses, trim carpentry, doors, windows, hardware, Div 10 accessories (mailboxes, bath accessories, shelving, fire extinguishers, etc.), Div 7 (roofing, siding, insulation, joint sealants)

10:30-11:30 am (drywall, painting, flooring, pressure washing, final cleaning)

11:30 am -12:30 pm (fire sprinklers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm)
