EC Office is actively soliciting bids for OCW North GA Area Taxilanes, Hangers, and Drone Pad (Due 01/23/2025 @ 11:00 a.m).

Project Description:
The project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work required to satisfactorily complete the OCW North GA Area Taxilanes, Hangars, and Drone Pad Project. Ites of work include clearing and grubbing, fencing, grading, aggregate base course, bituminous paving, marking, minor lighting modifications, construction of corporate box hangar and 8 unit T-Hangar, and utilities.

The Project includes mobilization, demolition, undercut of existing subgrades, drainage structures, pavement repair, flatwork, pavers, curb and gutter, curb ramps, driveways, tree planters, traffic control, signage, streetlights, electrical, utility construction (if necessary), silt fence, lawn repair, and landscaping.  The foregoing description shall not be construed as a complete description of all work required.

MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/HUB participation is encouraged. Elements of the work may be combined or broken down to facilitate minority participation. Assistance with bonding or insurance requirements as well as quick pay arrangements are available to enable minority contractors to meet cash-flow demands. Email bids to [email protected].
