Beaufort County Community College Law Enforcement Building Addition

EC Office is actively soliciting bids for Beaufort County Community College Law Enforcement Building Addition (Due 07/02/2024 @ 3:00 p.m.).

Project Description:
1. Construction of a new 4,080 GSF, 1-story Addition to the Law Enforcement Building, that includes, but not limited to:
a.  Site work and development, concrete footings, foundations, and slab on grade, pre-engineered metal building, insulation, aluminum
windows, storefront door framing/FRP doors, Standing seam metal roof, and corrugated wall panels.
b.  Interior construction of walls, new doors, new metal stud wall systems, new flooring, painting, ceilings, wood doors, hollow metal frames,
hardware, painting, and signage.
c.   New Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Alarm;
