“Pamlico County EOC / 911 Dispatch”

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed “Pamlico County EOC / 911 Dispatch” will be received by the Pamlico County, in the Patsy H. Sadler Room (Commissioner’s Room) at the Pamlico County Courthouse, 202 Main Street, Bayboro, NC 28515 (or mailed to P.O. Box 776, Bayboro, North Carolina 28515 marked to the attention of Tim Buck), until 2:00 P.M., on October 17, 2024 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the Pamlico County EOC / 911 Dispatch. Bidders shall be advised of the results. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.  

An open Pre-bid Meeting will be held at 2:00 P.M. on October 7, 2024, in Patsy H. Sadler Room (Commissioner’s Room) at the Pamlico County Courthouse, 202 Main Street, Bayboro, NC 28515.  The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.

Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or for $350.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies.
