PROJECT INFORMATION AND OUTREACH SESSION

Rodgers Leeper will accept job specific trade contractor prequalification applications for the subject project for the following Bid Packages: 03A Concrete, 04A Masonry, 05C Stairs and Railings, 06B Casework, 07A Roofing, 07B Waterproofing, 08A Glass Assemblies, 08B Passage Doors, 08C Service Doors, 09A Drywall Assemblies, 09C Acoustical Assemblies, 09D Hard Tile, 09E Flooring, 09F Painting, 10A Specialties/Wall Padding, 10B Signage/Graphics, 11D Residential Appliances, 14A Elevators, 18B Final Clean, 21A Fire Protection, 22A Plumbing, 23A HVAC, 26A Electrical, 32C Landscaping until May 30, 2025.

Prequalification applications may be obtained at www.rodgersbuilders.com.  Send completed prequalification applications to [email protected]; originals are not needed. Prequalification applications submitted late or incomplete will not be reviewed.

The project includes construction of an indoor practice facility located at 321 S. Cedar Street, Charlotte, NC 28202.  This package includes the balance of packages for the construction of the building from concrete foundations through building electrical.  Sitework components including deep foundations have previously been awarded.

Rodgers Leeper will host a Project Information and Outreach session to discuss the construction of the subject project. The meeting will be held on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 3:00 pm at Goodwill Industries of Southern Piedmont Opportunity Campus located at 5301 Wilkinson Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28208.
