REQUEST FOR PREQUALIFICATION AND
PROJECT INFORMATION AND OUTREACH SESSION

Rodgers Builders, Inc. will accept job specific trade contractor prequalification applications for the subject project for Bid Package 31A Sitework, 31B Shoring, 31C Deep Foundation System, and 31D Site Electrical Duct Banks until October 25, 2024.

Prequalification applications may be obtained at www.rodgersbuilders.com .  Send completed prequalification applications to [email protected]; originals are not needed. Prequalification applications submitted late or incomplete will not be reviewed.

The project includes construction of an indoor practice facility located at 321 S. Cedar Street, Charlotte, NC 28202.  Sitework elements include erosion control, minor demolition, grading, retaining walls, concrete/asphalt, and utilities including underground storm detention system, water distribution, fire line, sewer, and storm.  Shoring elements include engineering and installation of temporary and permanent shoring systems with permanent shotcrete face.  Deep foundation systems include engineering and installation of CFA (Continuous Flight Auger) Piles.  Site Electrical Duct Banks include the installation of underground site conduits and infrastructure outside of the building footprint.

Rodgers will host a Project Information and Outreach session to discuss the construction of the subject project. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 4:00PM EST at Rodgers Office located at 5701 N Sharon Amity Rd, Charlotte, NC 28215.  This project is subject to the requirements of the City’s Charlotte Business INClusion Program to promote local business growth.  Interested participants, Minority-Owned, Women-Owned and Small Business Enterprises are strongly encouraged to participate.  Please RSVP via email to [email protected] .
