REQUEST FOR PREQUALIFICATION AND
PROJECT INFORMATION AND OUTREACH SESSION 

Rodgers Builders, Inc. will accept job specific trade contractor prequalification applications for the subject project for Bid Packages 31E Site Concrete Retaining Wall and 32D Fencing until March 17, 2025.

Prequalification applications may be obtained at www.rodgersbuilders.com.  Send completed prequalification applications to [email protected]; originals are not needed. Prequalification applications submitted late or incomplete will not be reviewed.

The project includes construction of an indoor practice facility located at 321 S. Cedar Street, Charlotte, NC 28202.  Bid package 31E includes the site concrete retaining wall scope that will be constructed around a portion of the outdoor field perimeter.  Bid Package 32D includes perimeter security fencing and gates.

Rodgers will host a Project Information and Outreach session to discuss the construction of the subject project. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 3:00 PM EST at Rodgers Office located at 5701 N Sharon Amity Rd, Charlotte, NC 28215.  This project is subject to the requirements of the City’s Charlotte Business INClusion Program to promote local business growth.  Interested participants, Minority, Women, and Small Business Enterprises headquartered in the Charlotte Combined Statistical Area are strongly encouraged to participate.  Please RSVP via email to [email protected].
