Piedmont Triad International Airport Taxiway D Rehabilitation – Construction Phase 2 project

Sharpe Brothers is actively requesting quotations from Certified DBE Subcontractors from the North Carolina Department of Administration (HUB) or the NCDOT within North Central North Carolina Counties for the Piedmont Triad International Airport Taxiway D Rehabilitation – Construction Phase 2 project with a total project goal of DBE = 13.25%.  The Taxiway D Rehabilitation project consists of milling and resurfacing the Taxiway.  The scope of work for the projects includes:  Surveying, Underdrain Installation, Milling, Asphalt Paving, Crack & Joint Seal, Seeding & Mulching, Striping, and Airport Electrical Work.  The notice to proceed date is April 2025, with 180 consecutive calendar days to complete.  Sharpe Brothers is looking for quotes for the following items to subcontract:  Trucking (Asphalt, Stone, Millings), Milling, Underdrain Pipe Removal & Replace, Crack & Joint Seal, Surveying, Striping & Airport Electrical Work.  A drop box link is available for the plans and specifications.  If you would like to view the plans and specifications, please email Paul Gilliam at [email protected] for the drop box link.  We request the receipt of quotations by noon July 8th to fairly evaluate all quotes.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call Paul Gilliam at (336) 346-8162 or email ([email protected])
