Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on Thursday, March 7, 2024, in CONFERENCE ROOM #1 at the UNCW Office of Facilities at 5150 Lionfish Drive, for the Demolition of Galloway Hall project at which time and place bids will be opened and read.

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the project site, Galloway Hall, 5009 Riegel Road, Wilmington, NC 28403 on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at 10:00 am.

Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained in electronic format from Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. at 421 Fayetteville Street, Suite 600, Raleigh, NC 27601 during normal office hours after Friday, February 2, 2024.
