Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. on May 22, 2025, by the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics in Conference Room 119 at the Bryan Center, 1219 Broad Street, Durham NC, for the construction of “Hill Hall Roof Replacement”, SCO #: 24-28527-02A, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read. 

Bids will be received for single prime contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. Emailed bids will not be accepted.

PRE-BID MEETING
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for bidders and vendors on May 6, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Bidders shall meet at Conference Room 109 at the Bryan Center, 1219 Broad Street, Durham NC. Parking is available at the main parking lot at 1912 West Club Boulevard. Enter through the visitor entrance at the Bryan Center and proceed to check in at the front desk kiosk.
