Property Infrastructure and Paving Improvements Project.

SCOPE OF WORK:
Roadway Repair & Resurfacing, Milling, Paving, Curb & Gutter, Drainage Repair/Replacement, And Striping Throughout the NC Arboretum Property. Single Prime Contractor Method of Delivery.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
Sealed proposals will be received by the State of North Carolina through the NC Arboretum until 3:00 P.M. on July 19, 2024, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at NC Arboretum
Library, 2nd floor of the Education Building, Located at 100 Frederick Law Olmsted Way, Asheville NC 28806. Proposals shall be mailed or delivered to the following::

PRE-BID MEETING:
There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this re-bid. Contractors may contact Robert Kun for any questions they may have or to request entrance to the NC Arboretum to inspect the project site before bidding. See contact information below.
