Renovation of the existing 7,100sq ft restaurant located within the Piedmont Triad Farmer’s Market campus. The restaurant operator has vacated the facility, and operations will shut down for the complete duration of the renovation.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the above address on 01/21/2025 at 1:00 PM. Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from LAMBERT Architecture + Interiors at 408 N.
