REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION (RFQ)

REHABILITATION AND OR DEMOLITION

The Wilmington Housing Authority (WHA) seeks the services of a qualified general contractor for rehabilitation and demolition services of multi-family apartment buildings, single family residences, and community buildings.

The Request for Qualifications packet may be obtained at the office of the Housing Authority, 1524 South 16^th Street, beginning Thursday, May 23, 2024, after 2:00 pm or by emailing Ms. Chauntrell Burns, Procurement Department at [email protected] .  All questions and/or clarifications must be made in writing and received by May 30, 2024.

Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 p.m., Thursday, June 6, 2024, to be considered.

WHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any information in the proposal process.
