Renovation of selected Parking Lots E & F on the Southern Wake Technical Community College Campus
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by Wake Technical Community College in Raleigh, NC, at 201A on the second floor, Facilities Operations Building (Building T), Wake Technical Community College, Southern Wake Campus, 9101 Fayetteville Road, Raleigh, NC 27603, up to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. The bids will be taken and immediately thereafter opened and read aloud for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for the renovation of selected Parking Lots E & F on the Southern Wake Technical Community College Campus.
Bids will be received for a single prime contract only. All proposals shall be lump sum.
A pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at Lot E, Wake Technical Community College, Southern Wake Campus, 9101 Fayetteville Road, Raleigh, NC 27603. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures, and bid forms.
Complete plans, specifications, and contract documents will be open for inspection in the offices of The John R. McAdams Company, Inc. (by appointment only) and in the plan rooms listed below:
