Renovations for Edgecombe County 1912 CT&T Building project

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed “Renovations for Edgecombe County 1912 CT&T Building” will be received by the Owner in Room 260, located in the Edgecombe County Administration Building located at 201 St. Andrew Street, Tarboro, N.C. 27886, until 3:00 P.M., on September 16, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment entering into the construction of the Renovations for Edgecombe County 1912 CT&T Building project. Bidders shall be advised of the results. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.  

An open Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on August 25, 2025, at 10:30 am at the front entry of the project site located at 122 East St. James Street, Tarboro, N.C. 27886. This meeting will address project-specific questions, issues, bidding procedures, and bid forms.

Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or for $350.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies.
