REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) # 96-2503
FTCC INSURANCE PROGRAM 

Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC) will be accepting competitive bids for its Property and Casualty Insurance, Commercial General Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance Programs for renewal scheduled for June 30, 2025, or designated “Effective Date”. Insurance Brokers interested in submitting a proposal should email their Letter of Interest to [email protected] by 4:00 PM ET, Wednesday, March 26, 2025.

Letter of Interest must include the above RFI number, broker’s business information, a list of the insurance companies from which bids are to be sought by the broker (in the order of preference), phone number and email address at which the broker can be contacted. FTCC will likely assign markets for each broker based on the order of preference and insurance companies. Note the college’s insurance broker will be assigned the college’s current insurance company upon the broker’s request.

Only brokers responding to FTCC by the above stated deadline will be permitted to respond to the RFP for insurance services. Interested broker’s agents must have staff and facilities to service the varied insurance needs of a large community college. ALL Insurance companies must be duly licensed and authorized to sell insurance in the State of North Carolina or from other qualified companies, as determined by the North Carolina Department of Insurance. Licenses shall be for all lines of property/casualty insurance, liability insurance and worker’s compensation and ranked excellent or superior (“A” or higher) by A.M. Best or similar organization.
