Wilmington International Airport (ILM) Curbside Improvements

PROJECT:  WILMINGTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (ILM) CURBSIDE IMPROVEMENTS  

Monteith Construction has been selected as the CM at Risk and is seeking to pre-qualify contractors to submit bids for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for the Wilmington International Airport (ILM) Curbside Improvements.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Wilmington International Airport (ILM) is undergoing phase one of improvements to its airport access roadways, terminal curbside canopies, and terminal.  Bid packages include General Trades, Demolition, Concrete, Signage, Prefabricated Canopies, Electrical, and Sitework.

Prequalifications will be received no later than 15 days prior to bid day.

An outreach meeting will be held via Zoom on July 11, 2024, at 3:00 PM.

Anticipated to bid August 29, 2024.  Only bids from prequalified contractors will be accepted.

The Construction Manager and Owner reserve the right to reject any and all Pre-qualifications.  Contracting method will be through Competitive Public Bid in accordance with Chapter 143 of the NC General Statues.  For further information or questions related to this project, please contact Maria Rosales 317.366.3022.
