New Hanover High School Structural Repairs project

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

PROJECT:  NEW HANOVER HIGH SCHOOL STRUCTURAL REPAIRS

Monteith Construction has been selected as the CMAR and is seeking to pre-qualify contractors to submit bids for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for the New Hanover High School Structural Repairs project.  Bid Packages include Crawl Space Remediation, Shoring, Electrical, Concrete, Misc. Metals, Sitework, Micro-piles, and Landscaping.

Prequalification Due Date:
July 2, 2024, At 5:00 PM. 

A virtual Outreach Meeting will be held on June 26, 2024, at 3:30 PM.

Relevant project experience will be considered during prequalification.

Bid date will be July 16, 2024.  Only bids from prequalified contractors will be accepted.

Completed prequalification forms will be accepted by email only to [email protected] .

The Construction Manager and Owner reserve the right to reject any and all Pre-qualifications.
