The Cape Fear Workforce Development Board (CFWDB) is seeking proposals for the competitive selection of commercial real estate broker services under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I, Public Law 113-128. These services will be delivered in New Hanover County to procure office space in New Hanover County. Applications must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15.
