EC Office is actively soliciting bids for Roanoke Island Aquarium Restroom Renovations. Due 07/30/2025 @ 2p.m.

Project Description:
The scope of this project includes the interior renovation of seven existing restroom areas. Located within the main building and the rear quarantine building. Renovations include modified layouts for the purpose of ADA compliance, in addition to new fixtures and finishes. There will be no change to the existing building area, occupant load, or egress routes.

MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/HUB participation is encouraged. Elements of the work may be combined or broken down to facilitate minority participation. Assistance with bonding or insurance requirements as well as quick pay arrangements are available to enable minority contractors to meet cash-flow demands. Email bids to [email protected].
