ROANOKE RAPIDS HIGH SCHOOL – TALLEY

BUILDING FIRE ALARM REPLACEMENT 

Informal single prime bids are solicited and will be received in the office of Mr. Robbie Clements – Director of Facilities and Operations, Roanoke Rapids Graded School District located at 536 Hamilton Street, Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina 27870 at any time before 2:00 pm on February 11, 2025 and then publicly opened and read aloud.

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at the project site at Roanoke Rapids High School, 800 Hamilton St, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870 on January 22, 2025, at 10:00 am.

Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Mr. Robbie Clements – Director of Facilitiesand Operations. The outside of the envelope must be marked “PROPOSAL FOR ROANOKE RAPIDS HS -TALLEY FIRE ALARM REPLACEMENT” and shall indicate the name, address, telephone number and state license number of the bidder.

Plans and specifications, including Contract Documents, are open to public inspection in the office of the Director of Maintenance and are available upon request from Stacie Gado at [email protected] .
