Rocky Mount Regional Readiness Center Early Site Package

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 pm on
September 19, 2024, in the Cafeteria at Joint Force Headquarters,
North Carolina National Guard:
1636 Gold Star Drive, Raleigh, NC 27607
for the construction of the
Rocky Mount Regional Readiness Center Early Site Package
at which time and place bids will be opened and read.

An Open Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 11:00 am on
September 4, 2024, at the Project Site:  (contact for meeting map)
at 400 Fountain School Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27801.

Complete plans and specifications for this project can be
obtained by submitting a request at www.smithsinnett.com/documents
or from Smith Sinnett Architecture,
4600 Lake Boone Trail, Suite 205, Raleigh, NC 27607.  (919) 781-8582
during normal office hours starting August 26, 2024.
Plan Deposit $150.00 Cash, Certified or Company Check for hard copy required.

State of North Carolina and the North Carolina National Guard reserves
the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.  No Bid may be withdrawn
after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 60 days.
