for the construction of the
Samarcand Training Academy
Simulation Building
Hazardous Materials Abatement
at which time and place
bids will be opened and read.

A Mandatory Open Pre-Bid Meeting
will be held at 11:00 am on
February 19, 2025, at the
Project Site at 157 Eagle Lane,
Biscoe, North Carolina 27209.

Plan Deposit $200.00 Cash, Certified
or Company Check for hard copy required.
State of North Carolina and the North Carolina
Department of Public Safety reserves the
unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
No Bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing
time for the receipt of bids for a period of 60 days.
