Sankofa Landing Apartments in Durham, NC

INVITATION TO BID 

WEAVERCOOKE Construction, LLC is the general contractor for Sankofa Landing Apartments in Durham, NC.  This new construction project consists of 156 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment units within one 4-story interior corridor building and one 3-story garden-style walkup building.  Construction is expected to begin in July 2024, with a 23-month construction schedule.  This project has MWBE / HUB-certified participation requirements, Section 3 requirements, and Davis Bacon wage rates.  We are soliciting proposals for all scopes.  All project documents can be accessed here:  https://weavercooke.filegenius.com/guestAccess/Sankofa-Landing—031124-Plans .
