Wilkie Construction Co is soliciting subcontractor and supplier bids for the Renovation to the 2nd and 3rd Floors of Conover City Hall in Conover, NC.  The scope of work will include the following trades:  Metal Stairs and Handrails, Casework, Hollow Metal, Wood Doors, Finish Hardware (Allowance), Aluminum Storefront, Glazing, Metal Studs and Drywall, ACT, Resilient flooring and base, Tile Carpeting, Painting, Fire Extinguishers and Cabinets, Toilet Accessories, Roller Window Shades, Simulated Stone Countertops and Window Sills, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.
