REQUEST FOR PREQUALIFICATION AND
PROJECT INFORMATION AND OUTREACH SESSION

Rodgers Davis will accept Trade Contractor prequalification applications for the subject project for the following bid packages: 31A Complete Sitework and 31B Shoring System until July 18, 2025.

Prequalification applications may be obtained at www.rodgersbuilders.com. Send completed prequalification applications to William Satterfield at [email protected]; originals are not needed. Prequalification applications submitted late or incomplete will not be reviewed.

The high school will be a magnet program focused on the medical sciences. The school is sited on approximately 3.5 acres of property between East MLK Jr. Boulevard and East Brooklyn Village Avenue and includes a parking deck. The building and parking deck are primarily cast-in-place concrete structures, the building being 4 levels and approximately 170,000 square feet and the parking deck being 4 levels and approximately 208,000 square feet.
