EC Office is actively soliciting bids for Sharpsburg Town Meeting Facility (Due 11/12/2024 @ 2:00 p.m.).

Project Description:
The project consists of the construction of a 2, 000 sq. ft. single story building including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and site development. Construction includes slab on grade, metal stud walls, pre-manufactured wood trusses, brick veneer, interior finishes, and architectural shingle roof.

MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/HUB participation is encouraged. Elements of the work may be combined or broken down to facilitate minority participation. Assistance with bonding or insurance requirements as well as quick pay arrangements are available to enable minority contractors to meet cash-flow demands. Email bids to [email protected].
