Southeastern Community College Project in Chadbourn, NC

SOLICITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION TO BID: 

Barnhill Building Group has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Southeastern Community College Project in Chadbourn, NC. The project’s scope includes site development on 15 acres of undeveloped property adjacent to the existing campus. Building construction consists of a new 20,000-sf building that will house high-bay vehicle labs for transportation programs and classrooms. The skin consists of sectional doors, metal panels, and curtainwall with a TPO roof. Interior finishes include drywall, operable partitions, epoxy/sealed concrete flooring, tile, casework, etc.
